Ski season is right around the corner. One can almost feel the cold rush of winter wind. If you can't wait to start planning your ski trip, then you're in luck- Beaver Creek recently announced the full 2021-2022 winter event schedule.
Beaver Creek's ski season fun kicks off on November 24 with an opening day celebration. The lifts will turn on at 9 AM, followed by a party at the base of Centennial Lift. After that, there are endless events!
Capping off opening week, the 41st Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony will take place on November 26, accompanied by live music, an ice-skating show, photographs with Santa, and the lighting of the Beaver Creek Village tree.
One of the biggest events of the year will be the 2021 Xfinity Birds of Prey Audi FIS Ski World Cup races, which will take place December 2 through 5. This will serve as a qualifying event for skiers hoping to compete in the 2022 Olympic Winter Games in Beijing, so you'll be able to watch Olympic-level athletes compete! It will be so exciting! Along with races, there will be live entertainment, giveaways, and more.
