The ‘note for note - cut for cut’ live performance of The Beatles’ groundbreaking and seminal album will feature 16 talented rock musicians, and every aspect of the record will be played live, giving fans the opportunity to hear the sitars, the orchestra and of course the kazoos. Classic Albums Live delivers a rock concert that recreates the magic of The Beatles and their psychedelic alter ego, Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band.
Recorded as an experimental concept album, “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band” produced many of The Beatles’ biggest hits, including “With A Little Help From My Friends,” “Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds” and “When I’m Sixty-Four.” For the Classic Albums Live performance, fans will also get to hear the album’s deeper cuts, like the trippy “Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite!” and “A Day In The Life,” which was ranked No. 1 on Rolling Stone’s list of “100 Greatest Beatles Songs.”
“Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band” is still considered one of the most influential albums in the history of rock music.
